Before anything else, we sincerely apologize if our product did not meet your expectations. This form is designed to help us process your exchange or return request smoothly. We truly appreciate your patience and trust, and we remain committed to your satisfaction.

At Seduca Scents, our return policy follows the Sunnah. We accept returns for any fragrance you are not satisfied with.

Please note the following policy guidelines:

  • Requests may take 5–6 working days to process.

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of purchase.

  • The product must contain at least 90% of its original content.

  • Returns/exchanges are only applicable to 6ML or 10ML roll-ons and 50ML or 100ML bottles.

  • Returns or exchanges are not applicable for waxes, candles, body mists, car fresheners, air fresheners, mystery fragrances, 15ML Twister, decant organizers, sample traveling pouches, or 5ML spray testers.

Important Notes

  • This policy applies only to online purchases.

  • If the cellophane, tester, or box is missing, or if the packaging is damaged beyond its original condition, small deductions may apply.

  • If the product has been used up to 10%, a small fee may apply.

  • Products used more than 10% are not eligible for return.

Return Checklist Charges

  • Cellophane: Rs. 20

  • Box: Rs. 50

  • Tester: Rs. 30

  • Usage up to 10%: Rs. 20
